Ingredients
- 3/4 C. flour
- 1 tsp. B. powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- sprinkle of salt
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 C. sugar
- 2/3 C. pumpkin
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 C. nuts
- Frosting
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Sift the first 6 ingredients. Set aside
Beat 3 whole eggs for 5 min. Gradually add 1 C. sugar. Stir in 2/3 C. pumpkin and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Fold in dry ingredients.
Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan. Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 375 for 15 min.
Loosen edges and turn out on powdered sugar towels. Roll from narrow end with towel. Let cool. Spread with frosting and roll back up and chill before serving.
