  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1/4 c. maraschino cherries
  • 1 carton cool whip

Step 1

Cook rice in water and pineapple juice. Rinse and chill. Mix with other ingredients except cherries. Decorate top with chopped cherries
