Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Hot Tap Water (not hot enough to burn)
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 6-8 cups Whole Wheat or White Flour (approximate amount)
  • 1 TBSP Saf Yeast
  • 1 TBSP Real Salt
  • 1 TBSP Dough Enhancer
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put WATER, HONEY, and 3 cups of FLOUR in Bosch mixer. Mix until paste consistency. Add YEAST and SALT. Now add GARLIC, PARMESAN CHEESE and ITALIAN SEASONING. Add additional FLOUR quickly 1 cup at a time only until mixture pulls away from the sides of the bowl. *You may not need to add entire amount of flour or you may need to add a bit more.*

2. If using all white flour, knead 5 minutes. If half and white and half wheat, knead 8 minutes. If all wheat, knead 10 minutes.

3. Add DOUGH ENHANCER last 2 minutes of kneading.

4. Place pizza stone in oven and preheat to 500 degrees. (check your stones directions)

5. Roll crust to desired shape and size. Add favorite toppings and bake on stone for 7 minutes. OR Roll crust to desired size, cook for 3 minutes, then remove from oven. Add favorite toppings and return to oven for another 4 minutes.

* Pizza Crust can be baked ahead of time for 3 minutes and then frozen for later use. They will store for up to 2 months. Thaw 1 hour before adding toppings and baking.
