Ingredients
- 2 T orange juice
- 1 1/2 T hoisin sauce
- 1 T catchup
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 T chili sauce with garlic
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1 t sesame oil
- 1 t orange peel
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1” pieces

Preparation
Step 1
In a 1 qt Ziploc bag, combine the first 8 ingredients. Add chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Coat a grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill. Thread the chicken pieces onto 6 skewers. Place the skewers on the rack and grill for 5 -7 minutes per side, until done.
