Ingredients
- 6 T. blanched hazelnuts, toasted 3 to 5 min. in skillet
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled

Step 1
Bring large pot of water to boil. Cook broccoli in water 2-3 min. Drain and rinse then drain again. Pulse all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
