Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 5 ounces Ghirdelli 60% cocoa chocolate chips
- 1 tsp ground espresso powder
- 3.5 tbs granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 6-8 chocolate chips for shaving

Preparation
Step 1
In medium mixing bowl add 5 oz chocolate chips and espresso powder and set aside.
In small saucepan add 1 cup whipping cream and stir in sugar. Heat mixture over medium heat, stirring often. When mixture starts simmering, remove from heat and pout into mixing bowl with the chocolate. Whisk mixture slowly until you have a pudding consistency. Pour into two ramekins and refrigerate 4-5 hrs.
In small mixing bowl add 1/2 cup whipping cream and whip with electric mixer until peaks form. Top each dessert with a good sized dollop. With a fine cheese grater, grate chocolate chips over the top of the whipped topping.
