Ingredients
- 2 * 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup blanced slivered almonds
- 1 * 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 * 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1/4 * 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Step 1
1) Place almonds in a frying pan. Toast over medium-high heat, shaking frequently. Watch carefull as they burn easily.
2) In a medium bowl, mix together mayo, lemon juice, and pepper. Tos with chicken, celery and almonds.
