- 1 small, warm baked potato
- 2 tablespoons soft goat cheese
- 1 slice crumbled, cooked turkey bacon
- Chopped chives
- Sea salt.

Preparation
Step 1
Halve baked potato and scoop out flesh. Mash flesh with goat cheese and spoon back into skin. Top with turkey bacon and broil in toaster oven until slightly browned; garnish with chopped chives and sea salt.
