- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 Cup butter, melted (1 stick)
- 3/4 Cup crushed cornflakes
- 3/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 TB. BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING MIX

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Place the butter in a wide, shallow bowl. In another wide, shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, cheese and BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING MIX. Dip the chicken in butter and then roll in the cornflake mixture to coat. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-45 minutes until crispy brown.
