Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut in thin slices
- 2 t sesame oil, divided
- 2 c sliced green onions
- 4 c cole slaw mix
- 4 pkg ramen (chicken)
- 3 c water
- 2 T soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Heat ½ t oil over medium high heat. Add chicken and green onions, stir fry 1 minute. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Add remaining ½ t over medium high heat. Add slaw, stir fry 30 seconds. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Remove noodles from packages. Reserve 2 of the seasoning packets for another use. Break noodles in smaller pieces and add 2 of the seasoning packets.. Cook in water for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in chicken, cole slaw mix, and soy sauce.
