Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1-8oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/2 c. butter, softened
• 3/4 c. powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 c. miniature sem-sweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl,beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and chill in fridge for 2 hours. Shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and hcill for an additional hour. Roll in finely choppedpecans before serving. Serve with graham crachers or chocolate wafers.
