Ingredients
- 3 T brown sugar
- 3 T bourbon
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T gingerroot
- 1 T lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 t pepper
- 4 6oz salmon fillets
- Pam
- 1/4 c thinly sliced green onions
- 1 T toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Add fish to bag. Seal. Marinate 1 ½ hours in refrigerator. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Coat pan with spray. Add fish and marinade to pan. Cook fish 4 minutes on each side. Place on plates, and drizzle each serving with about 2 t sauce. Sprinkle each serving with 1 T green onions, and ¼ t sesame seeds.
