Ingredients

  • 3

    T brown sugar

  • 3

    T bourbon

  • 2

    T soy sauce

  • 1

    T gingerroot

  • 1

    T lime juice

  • 3

    garlic cloves

  • ¼

    t pepper

  • 4

    6oz salmon fillets

  • Pam

  • ¼

    c thinly sliced green onions

  • 1

    T toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Add fish to bag. Seal. Marinate 1 ½ hours in refrigerator. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Coat pan with spray. Add fish and marinade to pan. Cook fish 4 minutes on each side. Place on plates, and drizzle each serving with about 2 t sauce. Sprinkle each serving with 1 T green onions, and ¼ t sesame seeds. 4 servings 353 calories
