Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 4 Tbsp minced onion
- 2 coves garliuc minced
- 2 C water
- 2 cans (8oz) tomato Sauce
- 6 Tbsp fine bread crumbs
- 4 beef bouillion cubes
- 1 lb groundmeat
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp rice (uncooked)

Preparation
Step 1
In large pot heat oil. Saute onion & garlic until almost brown. Add tomatoe sauce, water & bouillion cubes. Heat to a boil.
In a bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, rice, eggs, 1 tsp salt & pepper. Mix well. Form into small meatballs, drop into simmering soup Cover & cook about 25min. Sprinkle in some chili powder.
