Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 4 Tbsp minced onion
  • 2 coves garliuc minced
  • 2 C water
  • 2 cans (8oz) tomato Sauce
  • 6 Tbsp fine bread crumbs
  • 4 beef bouillion cubes
  • 1 lb groundmeat
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp rice (uncooked)

Preparation

Step 1

In large pot heat oil. Saute onion & garlic until almost brown. Add tomatoe sauce, water & bouillion cubes. Heat to a boil.
In a bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, rice, eggs, 1 tsp salt & pepper. Mix well. Form into small meatballs, drop into simmering soup Cover & cook about 25min. Sprinkle in some chili powder.
