Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 oz jar instant coffee
- 1 vanilla bean
- Fifth of vodka

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water and sugar to a boil; boil until sugar is dissol
ved;
Remove from heat
Add instant coffee; stir well until foaming stops
Boil 5 minutes
Add vanilla bean split in half
Allow to stand until cool
Add vodka
Pour into a gallon jar (or bottles later) and seal
Age 2 weeks
Remove vanilla bean
