Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon each of Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard (can use Dijon), basil, oregano, sugar and pepper
- May also add minced garlic and parsley
- Blend for 30 seconds
- Add 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar and
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Makes about 1 cup
