LUCIOUS FROZEN DESSERT

This decaden treat feeds a crowd and delights kids of all ages. Make it ahead and freeze.

Ingredients

• 1-1.2 cups (about 50) crushed vanilla wafer. 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
• large spoonful of smooth peanut butter
• 1/4 cup melted butter.
• 1 pkg (250 g) softened cream cheese
• 1/2 cup each sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 tub (1 L) cool whip topping.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crushed wafers, peanuts, spoonful peanut butter and melted butter. Press in bottom of a 9x13" pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in 1 tub of cool whip. Spread mixture over base.

Squeeze chocolate syrup on top and run knife through to creat a swirl pattern. Put in freezer to harden. Remove from freezer for a few minutes before serving to allow dessert to soften slightly.
