Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 26 Oz crushed or diced tomatoes (diced makes sauce chunkier)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced green pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer all ingredients for 4 hours or longer if thicker sauce is wanted
Recipe can be doubled or tripled - freezes well.
