Ingredients
- Combine:
- 6 cups diced rhubarb
- 4 cups sugar
- Let sit for 3-4 hours
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 (3 1/2 oz) package raspberry jello
- or
- 1 (21 oz) can apricot pie filling
- 1 (3 1/2) pineapple jello

Preparation
Step 1
Bring rhubarb and sugar to a boil until soft
Add pie filling
Bring to a boil again
Add jello; stir until dissloved
Put in sterilized, hot pint jars and seal
