Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 (8oz) thin pizza crust
  • 4 oz, fresh, thinly sliced mozzarella
  • 2 oz very thinly sliced prosciutto, torn into 1/2 inch wide strip1 1/2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 1/3 cups arugula

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Spread sauce over crust and top with mozzarella. Place pizza directly on middle rack. Bake for 10 minutes or until bottom of crust is browned and cheese is melted.

Remove pizza from oven blot away any extra liquid. Top pizza with prosciutto.

Combine oil, juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and add arugula; toss well to coat. Arrange mixture over the pizza. Cut into 8 slices.
