Steak and Asparagus stir-fry

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 1/2 TBSP oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 TBSP soy sauce
- 2 tsp grated and peeled fresh ginger
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 5 tsp canola oil, divided
- 12 oz boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 12 oz medium asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 medium red pepper cut into strips
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 scallions, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
Heat a large skillet add oil to pan. Add beef. Stir-fry until browned about 1 ½ minutes.
Place beef on plate and discard liquid in pan.
Return pan to high heat. Add remaining oil. Add asparagus and bell pepper, stir fry for 2 minutes. Add crushed red pepper flakes and green onions. Stir-fry another minute. Reduce heat to medium and add stock mixture, cook 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return beef and cook another 1-2 minutes until meat is cooked through.
