- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers (packed in water)
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- chopped basil
- raw vegetables for dipping

Preparation
Step 1
Put 1/2 cup plain non-fat Geek Yogurt, 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers (packed in water) and 1/8 tsp garlic powder in a mini food processor or blender; process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with chopped basil, if desired. Serve with raw vegetables for dipping.
