- 2 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Place chicken in shallow baking pan in single layer.
In small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Brush half mustard mixture over chicken.
Bake for 10 minutes; brush remaining mixture over chicken and bake for about 10 minutes more, or until the chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains.
