2 c watermelon diced
4 oz vodka
2 oz mint simple syrup
1 lime juiced

Step 1

Mint simple syrup
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c water
1 small bunch mint

Combine and boil until sugar dissolves let cool. strain

Puree watermelon and strain
Add to pitcher
Add vodka, simple syrup, and lime juice Stir to combine. Serve over ice
