Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

• 1/2 # butter
• 4 c sugar
• 1/3 c cocoa
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 4 c oatmeal, regular
• 2 c milk
• 1 c peanut butter
• 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cook butter, sugar, milk and cocoa for 1 1/2 minutes after it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter stir until smooth. Add oatmeal and vanilla and pour into a buttered dish. Chill until solid before cutting.
