Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion; finely chopped
- 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies; undrained
- 10 ounces enchilada sauce
- 4.5 ounces chopped green chilies
- 1-3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen corn; thawed
- 3 teaspoon garlic; minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- tortilla strips

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in crockpot. Add all remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook on low heat setting 6 to 7 hours.
Remove chicken; shred with 2 forks. Return to crockpot and stir well to
blend.
Serve with tortilla strips.
