- 4 cups blueberries rinsed and dried
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, and place in prepared pie crust. Place top crust on and crimp edged. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar Cut 3-4 slits in top crust.
Bake 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes
