Ingredients

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 Can smoked salmon
  • 10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium loaf of sour dough bread

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cheddar, sour cream, salmon and cream cheese together well.

Slice top of loaf of bread and hollow out. Fill with mixture. Cover with top of loaf.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
