Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Orange Raspberry Mango Pure Fruit Juices
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 each Blood and Navel Orange, segmented
- 1/4 cup Black Olives, pitted and slivered
- 1/2 Red Onion, small, sliced
- 1 Avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
- 6 cups Baby Spinach
- 6 Basil Sprigs
- Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. In small bowl whisk orange raspberry mango juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. In second bowl, toss segmented oranges, olives, red onion, avocado and spinach, with 1/4 cup of the dressing.
3. Divide onto 6 plates and drizzle over remaining dressing and garnish with basil sprigs.
