Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 10 ounce can Old El Paso tomatoes with green chilies
- 4 ounce can jalapeno peppers
- 16 ounce can whole tomatoes, chopped in blender or food processor
- dash salt
- dash garlic salt
- 1 Tablespoon mustard
- 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 2 pound box Velveeta Cheese, cubed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute' onion and green pepper in oil. Combine onion mixture in a microwave safe bowl with remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer on lower setting in the microwave and watch so it doesn't scorch or burn. Stir every so often. Let the cheese melt. If you cook it on the stove, watch carefully as it will scorch if to high heat. Serve with corn chips, Tostitos, etc. Put in pint jars. It keeps well in the fridge and also freezes well. So handy to have on hand for drop in guests.
