Ingredients
- 3-3 1/2 lbs chicken pieces (boneless thighs, breasts)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1/2 sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- couple dashes of siracha to taste - optional
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- parsley, optional

Step 1
Dredge chicken in flour; reserve remaining flour. In large skillet over high heat, brown chicken pieces on all sides in oil; remove fro skillet. When all pieces are browned, stir in onions mushrooms and reserved flour into skillet drippings. Cook, stirring for 2 mins. Stir in paprikas, salt, pepper and chicken broth. Add chicken back to the skillet. Reduce heat to med low and cover. Simmer 15-20 mins, turning once until chicken is tender and juices run clean when pierced with a fork. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Garnish with parsley if desired.
