Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 4 1/2-5 cups miniature pretzel twists

Step 1
Combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
Whisk egg white in large bowl. Add dried cranberries and nuts, then stir. Add miniature pretzels. Sprinkle with brown sugar mix and gently fold until combined, taking care not to crush the pretzels.
Spread mixture onto baking sheet with sides that's been coated with cooking spray and lined with parchment paper.
Bake in 275-degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir, evenly distributing nuts and berries. Spread in a single layer on parchment paper to cool completely. Store in covered containers.
