Lemon Cheese Squares

Ingredients

• 1 (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

*Preheat oven to 350
*In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg and oil;
mix until crumbly; reserve 1 cup
*Paat into 9x13 pan
*Bake for 15 minutes
*In a medium bowl, beat 1 egg, cream cheese, sugar
and lemon juice till light and smooth
*Spread on baked layer
*Sprinkle with reserved crumbs
*Bake 15 minutes or until a light golden brown
*Cool before cutting
