Hot Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 (32 oz) bottles ketsup
• 1 cup vinegar
• 2-3 green peppers, chopped
• 2 onions, chopped
• 3-4 japalenos, chopped
• 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)
• 2-3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
• 2 whole bulbs fresh garlic, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients, cut up garlic last

Bring to a boil and simmer

Freezes well
