Ingredients
- 1 1/2 boxes lasagna noodles
- 2 pound lean hamburg
- 1/2 large container cottage cheese
- 15 ounce container ricotta cheese
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 large ragu meat flavored sauce or your own homemade spaghetti sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Italian seasoning and sugar to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook onion and hamburg intil thoroughly cooked. Drain.
2. Simmer sauce with additional spices and sugar to taste. While sauce is simmering mix together cottage, ricotta, and parmesan cheese and eggs.
3. Spray 9x13 inch pan, or a lasagna pan with cooking spray. Layer sauce on bottom of pan to cover. Next layer uncooked lasagna noodles, cover with another layer of sauce. Next layer cheese mixture to cover. Next layer mozzarella. Continue layering with sauce and mozzarella on top.
4. Let set in fridge tightly covered at least 3 hours or overnight.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours covered with aluminum foil. Remove from oven, let set for 1/2 hour before serving.
