Coffee Flavored Icing

Ingredients

• 1 (3 oz) bar cream cheese, softened
• 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
• 1 box confectioners sugar
• 3 Tbsp. hot water
• 3 tsp. instant or freeze-dried coffee

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve coffee in hot water and set aside. Beat cream cheese and butter together. Gradually add confectioners sugar and coffee mixture. If icing is too soft, add more sugar. If too stiff, add a little milk. Excellent on chocolate cake!
