Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can black beans

  • 14 oz. can corn

  • 1

    can mild Rotel, drained

  • 1

    diced red bell pepper

  • 1

    diced yellow bell pepper

  • 4

    chopped green onions

  • 1

    clove crushed garlic

  • ¼

    c. chopped fresh cilantro

  • juice of two large limes

Directions

Drain and rinse the black beans and corn. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours until flavors mingle.
