Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 3 lb. ground ham loaf mix (2 parts ham to one part pork)
  • 2 shredded wheat bisquits
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c.l milk
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Step 1

Mix meat, wheat biscuits, egg and milk. Roll into small size balls. Set aside. Mix all sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
