Ingredients
- frozen pastry shell (9-inch)
- 12 slices fried bacon
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. half and half
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie shell. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into pie plate. Cook uncovered in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees. Cook uncovered until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
*Can substitute milk if you're counting calories! But who'se counting if you're eating Quiche Lorraine?
