Ingredients

  • 1 cup of organic coffee, herbal coffee or chai tea
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or MCT Oil – I get it here)
  • 1 teaspoon organic grassfed salted butter (I get it here)
  • sprinkle of Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey
  • Optional: A sprinkle of sea salt and a drizzle of honey to top.

Preparation

Step 1

Brew coffee.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 15 seconds or until emulsified.
Drink immediately.
Enjoy!
Notes
To make a mocha, add up to 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder when blending.
