  • White wine
  • Capers
  • Shallots
  • Black Ives
  • Sliced tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Coat flounder with flour. Fry quickly on both sides in olive oil. Remove and set aside. In same pan add shallots and sauté. Add wine and reduce add tomato, olives, capers and sauté. Remove all put flounder in baking dish with sauce. Bake for 10 min.
You can add shiitake mushrooms. You can finish on stove top instead of in oven.
