Crab-Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 C Lite Mayo
- 1 (8oz) Pkg Lite Cream Cheese,
- Softened
- 2 Tbsp Skim Milk
- 4 Scallions, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Worchestershire
- Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 /LB Lump Crabmeat,
- Clean to remove cartilage
- 1/4 C Parsley,
- chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Bake 350° 30 Minutes
Heat oven and spray a 6 cup baking dish
with Pam; set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together mayo, cream
cheese, milk, scallions, lemon juice,
Worchestershire sauce, garlic powder,
and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese until
smooth.
Gently stir in crabmeat to avoid breaking
it up too finely. Spoon mixture evenly into
prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over the top
of crabmeat mixture and Bake until
lightly browned. Let stand 5 Minutes.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over top.
Serve warm.
Note: You can use 1 LB of shrimp
(cooked, peeled and chopped)
