Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. finely chopped nuts (macadamia, pecan or walnut)
- Confectioner's sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Sift together flour and salt; add to the creamed mixture, blending thoroughly. Add nuts and mix well. Shape into one inch balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or silpat).
Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until set. Do not brown. Cool; then roll in confectioners' sugar. Store in an airtight container.
