Peanut Butter Cookies

I kick these up a notch by use of my secret ingredient peanut butter flavor!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1/2 cup peanut butter ( I switch between crunchy & smooth)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp peanut butter flavor
• 4 tsp sugar for fork & sprinkling

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugars & butter in lg bowl. Add peanut butter, vanilla eggs & p.b. flavor & beat well.
Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl & add in increments to the wet ingredients. Form into 1" balls 2" apart on cookie sheet dip fork in sugar & make criss-crosses on each ball. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-9 min.
