Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops
- 4 Tbs Butter, melted
- 1/4 Tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbs finely chopped parsley
- 3 Tbs Lemon Juice
- Salt and fresh ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Grease a shallow baking pan. Preheat Broiler
Drain and rinse scallops, pat dry with paper towels. If using large, thick scallops, cut them in half horizontally.
Place Scallops in pan and brush with half of melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika, then sprinkle half of parsley and lemon juice evenly over scallops. Season with salt and pepper
Broil for 2 -3 minutes, then remove pan from oven, turn scallops over. Brush with half of melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika, then sprinkle half of parsley and lemon juice evenly over scallops. Season with salt and pepper. Broild again for 1-2 minutes or until scallops are done. Serve immediately.
