Ingredients

  • 4-5 lb. onions
  • 6 cans college Inn beef broth
  • 3-4 beef boullion cubes
  • 1/2-3/4 c. dry sherry wine
  • Italian bread
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Slice onions and brown in butter until translucent. Add soup and cubes and sherry. Heath through and put in soup crocks. Put a slice of toasted Italian bread on top. Sprinkle with parmesan. Put layer of mozzarella on top and broil.
