Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup Nestle white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 3/4 cup Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 inch square baking pan. Combine four, cocoa, and salt in small bowl. Beat butter and sugars in separate large bowl until creamy. Add 2 of the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla, mix well. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Reserve 3/4 cup of batter. Spread remaining batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle pecans and white morsels evenly over batter in pan. Drizzle caramel topping over top. Beat reserved 3/4 cup of batter with remaining egg until light in color. Stir in semi-sweet morsels. Spread evenly over other layers in pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares.
