Ingredients
- 6 oz. Imported Roquefort (room temp)
- 8 oz. Cream cheese (room temp)
- ¼ tsp. garlic salt
- 2 T finely minced green pepper
- 2 T finely chopped drained pimento

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and cream the cheeses. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill. Form into a ball and roll into chopped toasted walnuts.
