Ingredients
- 1 pkg Devils Food Cake mix
- 1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 Tblsp grated semi-sweet choclate bits

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and bake cake according to pkg. directions...using 29" round pans. - cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire racks.
Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Fold in cream. Split each cake into 2 horizontal layers.
Place 1 on serving plate and spread with 1/4 cream mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/4 of chocolate
Repeat layers
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
