Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup Crisco
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 24 mini peanut butter cups

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients on low speed of electric
mixer for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down sides of bowl and increasing mixer
speed to medium, beat for 2 minutes
3. Put in 24 cupcake lined muffin tins.
4. Put peanut butter cups even with top of batter in each
cup
5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
